Jeffrey Herman is an Executive Vice President of Litigation Consulting. He is an expert in assisting counsel in developing trial strategy for large, complex matters, based on behavioral research. His practice focuses on antitrust and patent cases, as well as a wide variety of business disputes. As part of these efforts, Mr. Herman helps prepare witnesses for testimony, focusing on providing training in effective communication techniques.

Following a ten-year career as a trial lawyer, Mr. Herman became active in trial consulting. He has consulted for more than three decades and has been personally involved in hundreds of cases in over 45 states.

Mr. Herman is fluent in both French and Portuguese, and previously worked for Operation Crossroads Africa and the United States Department of State.
